Suggested Usage: External use only. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Direct Inhalation: Appy 1-6 drops undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally; use up to 3 times per day. Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.
Caution: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Keep out of reach of children.
