Suggested Usage: External use only. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Local Application: Mix 2-10 drops in 10 mL of a carrier oil. Apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Body Massage: Mix 2 drops in 10 mL of a carrier oil. Apply once daily. Direct Inhalation: Appy 1-6 drops undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally; use up to 3 times per day. Bath: Add 2-8 drops of undiluted essential oil blend to to the same amount of liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix water gently. For maximum benefit, remain in the bath for 10 minutes. Use 2 drops of undiluted essential oil the first time and increase by 1 drop per bath up to a maximum of 8 drops. Use once daily. Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.
Caution: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre. For occasional use only.
