Directions: Children and Adolescents (0-13 years): 1 spray 1 time(s) per day. Adults and Adolescents (14 and over): 1 spray 1 time(s) per day. Spray into your mouth under the tongue, hold for 20 seconds and swallow. Store in an upright position. Rinse spray nozzle under warm water if clogged.
