Directions: Take 3 capsules once daily with water on an empty stomach (1 hour before or after a meal). Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. Take medication 4 hours before or after taking Joint Formula 14. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
