Directions: Adults: 1 teaspoon (5mL) daily. Children and Adolescents 1-18 years (all uses except rheumatoid arthritis and mood balance): 1/2 teaspoon (2.5mL) daily. Rheumatoid Arthritis Adults: 1 1/2 teaspoon (7.5mL) daily.
Cautions: Keep out of the reach of children. Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. Do not use it if safety seal is broken or missing.
