This formula also contains zinc and vitamin D. Directions: Shake bottle well before use. A measuring cup is provided. Adults: Take 30 mL once daily before a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

To preserve the product and prevent its fermentation, always keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 4 weeks. Store upright.
