Directions: Adults and children over the age of 12 take 2 tablets, 2-3 times a day. Children 6-12 years of age take 1 tablet 1-3 times daily. Use for at least 1-2 weeks to see beneficial effect. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. 

Cautions: Do not exceed the recommended dose. People using this product should avoid excessive sunbaithing or the use of sunbeds or solariums. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms do not improve after 4-6 weeks. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. Exercise with caution if operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle or participating in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to St John's wort, passionflower, valerian, or any of the non-medicinal ingredients. Do not use if you are taking any medications under interactions, before consulting your doctor. Do not use if you have skin that is hypersensitive to light or if you are undergoing phototherapy or any photodiagnostic procedures. Do not use for children under the age of 6 and do not use if you are taking contraceptive medications. 

Drug Interactions: Medicines containing St John's wort have been observed to interact with the following medications, reducing their effectivenes: oral anticoagulants (blood thinning medicines) of the coumarin type (wawrfarin and phenprocoumon), drugs that suppress transplant rejection reactions (such as cyclosporin, tacrolimus for internal use, sirolimus), digoxin (drug for heart failure), drugs for the treatment of HIV infections or AIDS (protease inhibitors such as indinavir, and non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors such as nevirapine), cytotoxic drugs (such as imitanib, irinotecan, except for monclonal antibodies), verapamil (drug for treatment of heart rhythm disorders, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, cluster headaches, heart muscle disease), cholesterol lowering drugs (such as simvastatin), various drugs for depressions (such as amitriptyline, nortriptyline, midazolam), ivabradin, theophyllin, and hormonal birth control pills. See a doctor if taking any of these medications for advice.
