Directions: Adults take 2 capsules three times daily with a meal.
Cautions: Do not take if you have a heart condition or are on anticoagulants. Avoid taking if you have a blood clotting disorder. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take more than the recommend dosage. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Contradictions: Do not take with Vitamin K as supplementation may reduce anticoagulant and antineoplastic effects. Do not take if on immunosuppressants as may inhibit the immune system.
