Directions: Children 1-5 years old, take 1/2 teaspoon (1 gram), 1-3 times daily. Children 6-12 years old, take 1/2-1 teaspoon 3 times daily. Can be mixed with water, juice, or your favourite smoothie, or sprinkled onto foods like cereal, fruit, or yogurt, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. For maximum potency refrigerate.
