Directions: Children 5-10 years: Take 1 tablet, one or two times daily. Children 11-16 years: Take 1 tablet, twice daily. Adults and Children 17 years and over: Take 1 tablet three times daily OR 2 tablets upon rising and 1 tablet before bed. Take away from foods of animal origin. Store in a cool, dry place.
