Directions: Oral Children 4-8 years old - dissolve 3/4 tsp (1.5g) in a small amount of water. Adolescents 9-13 years old, dissolve 1.5 tsp (3g) in a small amount of water. If using hot water, wait 30 seconds for the product to activate; if using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of the glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice.
