Directions: Adults mix 1/2 teaspoom into 250 mL of any beverage of your choice. Try in your smoothie, juice, water or tea. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Store in a cool, dry place.
