Directions: Drink 1 cup of tea three times per day. Take with food. Use 1 tea bag per cup (250mL). Pour boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes depending on desired strength. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have a liver disorder or an iron deficiency. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Known adverse reactions: Rare, unpredictable causes of liver injury associated with green tea extract containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Hypersensitivity (allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
