Directions: adults use: 0.33 tea bag(s) 1 time per day. Brew 1 teabag in 1.5 liters (1500 ml) of water for 6-8 hours and then refrigerate. Drink 500 ml (2 cups) of the tea per day.  1.5 liters of tea made from 1 teabag lasts 3 days. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take a single dose at bedtime. Take two or three times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily.
