Directions Capsule: Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Directions Liquid: Children (4-13 years): 1 teaspoon per day. Adolescents (14-17 years): 2 teaspoons per day. Adult women over 18 years: 2 teaspoons per day. Adult women over 51 years: 1 teaspoon per day. Breastfeeding women: 1 teaspoon per day. Pregnancy: 3 teaspoons per day.

Cautions: Taking a daily prenatal multi-vitamin and mineral supplement that contains iron along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting due to high iron intake.
