Suggested Usage: External use only. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Local Application: Blend 4 drops in 20 mL of a carrier oil. Apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Direct Inhalation: Appy 1-6 drops undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Steam Inhalation: Add 3-12 drops of indiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes, up to 3 times per day.
