Direction: Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with 8 oz. (250 ml) of water on an empty stomach. If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least 2–3 hours before or after them.

Cautions: Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
