Directions: Oral: Adults (over 18 years): 1 Packet 2 time(s) per day. 1 packet=1 serving=13 g. Mix product well in at least 150 mL of water immediately before consumption.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an iron deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are following a low protein diet.
