Nature's Sunshine LIV-J helps to improve your digestive function.

Features: 

• This herbal combination has been formulated with bitter herbs, which support the digestive system and help stimulate your appetite.

Directions: Adults take 3 capsules with each meal and 3 capsules at bedtime (12 capsules per day).  Take 2 hours before or after taking other health products.  If symptoms persist beyond two weeks see your health care practitioner.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have excess stomach acid, gastroesophageal reflux, hypothroidism, intestinal obstruction, a gastrointestinal tract disorder, gall bladder disease, fecal impaction; symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomitting, fever or if you are taking antacids or thyroid replacement medicaitons.   If symptoms persist/worsen, consult a practitioner.  Do not use if you are pregnant/breastfeeding; taking products containing diuretics, corticosteroids or licorice; allergic to anethole or plants of the carrot family; or if you have heart disease, high/low blood pressure, a liver/kidney disorder, diabetes, edema, stomach inflammation or stomach/intestinal ulcers.   Laxative effect may occur.   Stop use and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness/pain, abnormal heart beat or difficulty breathing.   Stop use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, diarrhea or allergies.
