Direction: Peel back the paper strip and fix the pad to panty, folding the wings over the edges of them. Disposal: We advise you to wrap the pad in paper and put into a waste bin. Natracare pads are over 90% biodegradable and are compostable under the correct conditions.

Caution: These pads are designed to biodegrade under warm and humid conditions. To keep them in the best condition, store the packs in a cool and dry place below 25°C & at low humidity.
