Directions: Fill the neti pot with lukewarm water. Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of natural Himalayan Crystal Salt to the water. Turn your head to the side and into the position. Gently place the spout into the upper nostril, forming a seal. Tilt the neti pot gradually so the water flows in through the upper nostril and out from the lower nostril.
