- Absolutely! We offer PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to avoid putting in your credit card details to our site. Or you can call our store at toll free 1-866-794-4613 or directly at -204-326-9565 and an employee would be happy to process your order over the phone.

- If you would like to make a return request you can contact us toll free at 1-866-794-4613 or 204-326-9565 or submit an email to orders@goodnnatural.ca with your name, order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for the return within 14 days of purchase. One of our team members will be happy to assist you. Only items that have not been opened/used may be returned. The shipping charge for returning an item (which must be unopened) is the responsibility of the customer. If the error is due to our mistake, then of course we will be responsible for the shipping charges.

- We currently ship with Canada Post and Fedex courier services.
- Live near our physical store location of Good n Natural at 116 Park Road W, Steinbach, MB? We also offer free in-store pick-up.

- Orders received before 1:00 p.m. CST will be processed that same business day and will be shipped within the same day or 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak business periods, orders will not be processed until the next business day.
How can I view the status of my order?

- You will receive emails from the account orders@goodnnatural.ca updating you on the status of your recent order. You will receive an email once we have shipped out your order, within that email will contain your tracking information, from there you can track your package at any time until delivery.
- If in-store pickup was selected you will receive and email from orders@goodnnatural.ca once your order has been completed by a staff member, at that time it is ready for pick-up.

- If your order has not been processed and shipped out already, please contact one of our team members at toll free 1-866-794-4613 or directly at 204-326-9565 within an hour of placing your order to make any changes. One of our team members will be happy to assist you.

- Sign into your Good n Natural account and in the bottom right-hand corner open the "Rewards" tab. In this tab you can view your total GNN Points. Once you have reached 500 points you can click "Ways to Redeem". This will allow you to click on "Order Discount Coupon", once that is clicked it will autogenerate a unique, one-time use coupon code. At this time that coupon code will be emailed to you for use later. Or there will be an option that says, "Apply Code" and it will automatically apply to your cart and be ready for use immediately.
