Directions: For adult use only. Shake wel for 10-15 seconds. Pour a capful into mouth and gently swish and pull between teeth and gums. Start with 3 minutes and work up to 20 minutes for best results. Spit the rinse into the garbage pail and not the sinks, as oils may solidify in cooler temperatures.
