Directions: Apply castor oil directly to your skin and/or to the inner cotton side of the pack. Position the pack over the liver or abdomen. Secure with velcro straps for a snug fit. Leave on for 1 hour (or sleep with it overnight). Wash as needed in cold water and air dry.
