Directions: Adults: Drink 1 cup of tea, three (3) times a day. Use 1 tea bag per cup. Pour 250 ml (1 cup) boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 15 minutes. Take at the first sign of infection. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
