Directions:
Liquid: Adults take 10 ml (2 teaspoons), 3 times daily before meals or as directed by your health care practitioner. Shake well before use.
Children (14 - 18 years): Take 10 mL (2 tsp), 2 times daily.
Children (9 - 13 years): Take 5 mL (1 tsp), 3 times daily.
Children (4 - 8 years): Take 5 mL (1 tsp), 2 times daily.
Tablets: Take before meals. Adults: Take 2 tablets, 3 times dialy.
Children: Can be chewed. 4-8 years: Take 1 tablet, 2 times daily. 9-13 years: Take 1 tablet, 3 times daily. 14-18 years: Take 5 tablets daily.
