Suggested Usage: External use only. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Local Application: Mix 2-10 drops in 10 mL of a carrier oil; apply to chest, throat and soles of feet; use up to 3 times per day. Direct Inhalation: Appy 1-6 drops undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally; use up to 3 times per day. Bath: Add 2-8 drops of undiluted essential oil blend to to the same amount of liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix water gently. For maximum benefit, remain in the bath for 10 minutes; use once daily. Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.
Caution: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre. For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner is symptoms persist or worsen, or if you have epilepsy or asthma. Do not use this product/discontinue use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction. Avoid exposure of applied area to the sun.
