Directions: Adults drink 1 cup 2-4 times late in the day and 1/2 hour before bedtime. Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract.
