Directions: Method: Steep 1/2 cup of content in 2 litres of boiled water for 15 minutes. Strain and pour into a shallow basin (sitz bath). Top up baisin with warm water. Immerse yourself in the infusion for 10-20 minutes or when the water becomes cool. Repeat as needed. Recommended immediately following delivery, or whenever you are in need of soothing relief from perineal tears, soreness or a burning sensation "down there".
