Directions: For occasional use only. Shake bottle well before use. Adults: 1/2 measuring capful (10 mL), 3-4 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Children (4 years and older): 1/4 measuring capful (5 mL) daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. A measuring cap is provided. Refrigerate at all times after opening. Use within 3 weeks.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if 1.) you are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2.) you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; and 3.) you have a kidney disorder, faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever, or if you are taking cardiac medications such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if the laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdonimal pain, cramps, spasms, and/or diarrhea. May cause nausea, flatulence, or bowel discomfort. Contraindications: Do not use if you are experiencing bowel obstruction or ileus. Do not use if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes. Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
