Suggested Usage: External use only. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Local Application: Blend 4 drops in 20 mL of a carrier oil. Apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Direct Inhalation: Apply 1-6 drops undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occassionally. Steam Inhalation: Add 3-12 drops of indiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes, up to 3 times per day. Diffuser: Use 4-6 drops in a diffuser to fill your space with the warm, comforting aroma of Cinnamon, Clove and Wild Orange.
Caution: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre. For occassional use only. Consult a health care practitioner is symptoms persist or worsen, or if you have epilepsy or asthma. Do not use this product/discontinue use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction. Do not expose the applied area to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application. If you have broken, irritated or sensitive skin, do not use this product.
