Directions: External use only. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Local application – blend 4 to 20 drops in 20 ml of a carrier oil. Apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Direct inhalation – apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Steam inhalation – add 3 to 12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes, up to 3 times per day.
Cautions: Avoid contact with eyes and muccus membranes; if this happens rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek medical attention or consult a Poison Control Centre. Consult your health care practitioner for prolonged use, if symptoms persist or worsen, or is you have epilespy or asthma. Do not use this product or discontinue use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, or allergic reaction. Avoid exposure of applied area to the sun.
