Directions: Colon Cleansing Formula: Take 3 capsules daily 15 minutes before meals (2 capsules 15 minutes before breakfast and 2 capsules 15 minutes before dinner) with a gull glass of purified water. Multi-Systems Cleansing Formula: Take 4 capsules daily with meals (2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with dinner) with a full glass of purified water.
