Suggested Usage: Add to a diffuser or create you own room spray by adding up to 30 drops to 30 mL of water in a spray bottle. Energizing Blend: Add 1 drop each of peppermint oil and rosemary oil, along with 2 drops of cinnamon oil to a diffuser and enjoy. Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care.
