Directions: Adults take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one month. For freshness, store in a cool, dry place.

Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with products containing green tea extract have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
