Directions: chew two tablets daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. For anti-nausea use: take a single does 30 minutes before travel and optionally every 4 hours as necessary. Menstrual pain or cramping: chew 3 tablets daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take 2 days before menses and during days 1 to 3 of menses.
