Directions: Heat: oven to 350 degrees F, lightly grease pan (or paper lines for cupcakes). Combine: 4 eggs, 3/4 cup water, 3/4 cup oil and add cake mix, blend well. For a single 9 inch round or 8 inch square pan combine: 2 eggs, 13 ounces or approx 2 1/2 cups mix of namaste cake mix, 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup water and blend well. Cake: is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. For carrot cake, fold in 1 cup of shredded carrots, a handful of nuts if desired after blending ingredients.
