Did you know Alfalfa as a full-grown plant has one of the highest nutritional values among all foraging crops. It takes about 5 days for Alfalfa to sprout, while soaking time can be anywhere from 4-12 hours.

Directions: Soak 4-12 hours, put 1-2 Tbsp seed in a jar with a sprouting lid. Add water, swirl, and drain. Refill jar with water. Soak seeds 4-12 hours. Drain well and invert jar at an angle. Rinse twice a day, rinse seeds by refilling jar with water and gently swirling. Drain well and invert jar. Enjoy! Ready to eat in 5 days. To keep fresh, refrigerate well drained sprouts.
