Directions: Adults (including breastfeeding women) & adolescents 9-18 years old: Take 1 capsule twice daily. Adults (pregnant women): Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

I really, really love this product. I am anemic and am in desperate need of iron supplements. Other ones I've tried are too harsh on my stomach, but this is the very first pill I can take without feeling any bad side effects - this is now a permanent staple in my routine. Highly recommend.
