Directions: Add up to 2 teaspoons (10 mL) of Molkosan® BERRY in a glass of cold water (250 mL) up to three times daily for a refreshing drink. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month after opening.
Molkosan Berry Smoothy: In a blender mix the following ingredient until smooth:
- 1 cup (250 ml) of frozen berries
- 1/2 cup (250 ml) of orange juice
- 1/2 cup (250 ml) of plain yogurt
- 1 tabelspoon (15 ml) of honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of Molkosan Berry
